Just Kidding. But I do love that song.
Ok so let me start from the beginning. Tracey and I visited the Burbank Ladies Night Out Event on Magnolia Street in Burbank, on the last Friday of September. It’s an event that is held on the last Friday of every month, and features live music, food trucks and fashion trucks, with stores and cafes staying open late and salons offering some great pampering deals. And with Halloween being just around the corner, there were some major vintage (and non vintage) costume deals going around as well.
The entire event spans about 5 blocks, and is set again for Friday October 25th. It’s a great event to check out with your girlfriends, and hey, we definitely saw some boys running around there too. Not to mention it was pretty family friendly, with the little kiddos running around.
Our favorite stops:
The Allegria Bazaar. Paula is a jewelry designer from Argentina, but runs this fashion truck as well, making sure it is fully stocked with unique local pieces. Check out her jewelry designs by clicking the link above.
J.D. Luxe Fashion Truck. This mobile retailer was one of the first of its kind, and continues to bring edgy and cool onto the current fashion scene. You can also purchase their designs online.
Ladies Night, we will see you again soon!
Side note, The Grilled Cheese Truck made an appearance, and I almost lost it. I have been waiting to devour a melted confection from that metal on wheels for way too long, and I must say, their S’more Melt was worth the wait. I want s’more now! There, I said it.
